Thank you for your support!
I care deeply about the future of Pepper Pike and believe we should enhance communication and transparency to help shape our community. I am grateful for your support and am honored to represent you on City Council since 2022.
Thank you to all who came out to support me!
I hope to earn your vote Nov 4!
Four years ago, I was the only candidate to visit nearly every house in Pepper Pike, and I'm committed to doing it again!
I want you to know that your voice matters, and I'm always here to listen.
If we haven’t met—or if you think we see things differently—I’d love to hear from you!
There's a lot of misinformation out there--please call me and get it from the source :)
I always respond to residents, and I can only represent your voice if I’ve had the chance to hear it.
I hope to earn your vote on November 4!
Let’s keep moving forward—together!
Sincerely,
Cathy Hwang, MD
Pepper Pike City Council

I've knocked on nearly every door in PP and I'm going to do it again!
Pepper Pike's Charter is over 60 years old. Every single surrounding Community has updated their charters recently. That is a fact.
Updating our Charter was a good idea...until
Many residents told me they felt the process felt rushed.
I recognized this was polarizing the Community and that the review needed more work and discussion.
I brought this resident feedback to the Council and recommended taking the issue off the Spring ballot for more discussion. Unfortunately my idea did not gain traction.

Mr. Thompson replied to Mr. Naft’s concerns about walkability and discussed other walkability issues. Mr. Thompson said there has been transparency from all of the Council candidates to adhere to the results of the referendum, and he would like to hear from the current Council members who are not running for reelection this year. Mr. Newell said he will vote the same as the referendum results. Ms. Zatroch said she will do the same. Dr. Hwang said she will also vote with the referendum results.
